Unveiling Archaeological Adventures: From Nuragic Mysteries to Academic Pursuits

Here I am, thrilled to share with you some of my most captivating adventures!

Let me delve into why I embarked on creating this ambitious website. Over the past fifteen years, my passion for archaeology has steadily grown. I've dedicated myself to studying and exploring extensively across Europe and beyond, all in pursuit of answering my personal inquiry: "What has led us to this point, and who were the individuals behind it?" This platform serves as a gateway to uncovering some of the remarkable accomplishments of the past and their responses to humanity's quest for belief in the afterlife.

During my university years in Italy, I tackled exams in archaeology and anthropology amidst my engagements with literature, music, and theatre. Balancing these pursuits proved challenging, relegating my archaeological passion to a mere hobby. However, around 2007, my journey led me to the captivating Nuragic culture in Sardinia. For three consecutive summers, I found myself completely immersed in its mysteries and wonders. During this period, I became involved with the speleological group of Città di Castello in Umbria, Italy, near my then place of residence. The allure of exploring the depths of the earth, combined with delving into rock-cut tombs and nuraghes, proved increasingly irresistible, prompting me to transition my enthusiasm for adventure into a more scholarly form of research.

In 2015, I relocated to London to pursue my artistic aspirations, but fate had other plans. The onset of the pandemic abruptly halted many of my artistic endeavors, compelling me to reassess my goals and trajectories. Consequently, I dusted off the old books and donned my adventurer's hat once again. I enrolled in university and earned my MA in Archaeology at University College London—an arduous yet fulfilling journey that has led me to where I stand today.

Where will this adventure lead me next? The path remains uncertain, but for now, I'm embracing the journey, exploring as many destinations as life permits. I sincerely hope you'll join me in discovering—or rediscovering—these places here, enriched with additional insights and stories.
